The Data Product Associate role is the key driver in our product development and product management. You’ll gain experience in:

  • Programming: Learn Python and SQL or sharpen your existing skills by contributing to all aspects of the development process, from design and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
  • Product Development: Build new products and learn how to create something out of nothing in a fast paced environment.
  • Data: Work with massive amounts of data on the performance of important companies, using proprietary methods. Your comfort with manipulating large data sets and deriving meaningful insights from them, without losing sight of the details, will be critical.
  • Sales: Work with our sales team and customers to drive engagement and revenue.

Office Experience Associate

New York

Now, we’re looking to hire another person to help manage our growing office and employee experience. As our Office Experience Associate, you will help make sure our office (a beautiful loft in flatiron) is the best place to work in NYC!

How will we define success for our Office Experience Associate? You will:

  • Take full ownership over our day to day operations of our office. Including:
    • overseeing supply management
    • solving maintenance issues and handling communications with office vendors
    • thinking a step ahead to improve upon existing processes and prepare for potential issues that come with rapidly scaling an office and team.
  • Manage and improve our food and beverage program
  • Improve our office productivity by maintaining our conference room scheduling and assisting those who need space to keep their work moving forward.
  • Make every guest who walks through our door feel welcomed and attended to - be the mailman’s favorite stop of the day!

You’re likely to succeed if:

  • You have at least 1-2 years of Office Assistant or Executive Assistant experience under your belt
  • You have impeccable attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
  • You may have experience with a start up or rapidly growing team

Sales Executive

New York

We are looking to add a driven Sales Executive to our team to position YipitData's must-have products within the investment field and close on targeted opportunities. Sales Executives will communicate the value of our products and develop relationships with our new clients.

There is a large customer base left to connect with making this an exciting opportunity to drive growth in the company.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • You have experience in contract sales and a track record of not only hitting goals but exceeding them
  • You have introduced new customers to a complex product (financial or other)
  • You have managed a sales process across multiple stakeholders
  • You excel in pitching a product over the phone and in person
  • You are resourceful and excited to learn
  • You are a strong communicator verbally and in writing
  • You are excited by and curious about the investment community

Experience selling to hedge fund and mutual fund analysts is positive but not required.

Account Management Associate

We are expanding our Account Management team to help our growing client base make better investment decisions. Our Account Management Associates will identify meaningful engagement opportunities to help clients get the most value out of our products.

As an Account Management Associate at YipitData:

  • You will support a growing number of clients and cultivate relationships by:
    • Finding new and creative ways to grow client engagement
    • Driving value for clients from our research and data products
    • Becoming a trusted resource for our clients
    • Identifying upsell opportunities
    • Onboarding new users
  • You will develop sales and account management skills that will make you a core contributor of the revenue team with significant growth opportunity
