We are hiring a Client Success Manager to help a growing client base make better investment decisions. Our newest CSM will identify meaningful engagement opportunities to help clients get the most value out of our products.

As a Client Success Manager at YipitData:

  • You will own and cultivate relationships with your clients by:
    • Finding new and creative ways to demonstrate value and grow user engagement
    • Advocating for client needs cross-departmentally
    • Becoming a trusted resource for our clients
    • Identifying and/or developing upsell opportunities
  • You will contribute to building best-in-class practices within the Client Success team to be shared with current and future members

At YipitData, our legal team is an essential and collaborative partner in product development, executing sales and marketing efforts. As our Commercial Counsel, you will be a core player in all aspects of our business.

 

You will:

  • Research, recommend and execute on key strategic opportunities and special projects
  • Guide the development of our dynamic products
  • Develop negotiation and contract drafting skills to close on contracts with prospects, customers, and other vendors that are critical to our business
  • Collaboratively manage corporate matters including board /shareholder affairs
  • Learn and enhance the legal team’s processes, efficiency, compliance framework and best practices.

 

To succeed as our Commercial Counsel:

  • You are excited by and highly determined to  navigate complicated and novel legal concepts and issues
  • You have very strong research skills and a history of mastering a topic when advising on it
  • You thrive in the unknown and are motivated to solve new challenges each day
  • You have a law degree from a top U.S. law school and license to practice in New York.

Sales Executive

We are looking to add a driven Sales Executive to our team to position YipitData's must-have products within the investment field and close on targeted opportunities. Sales Executives will communicate the value of our products and develop relationships with our new clients.

There is a large customer base left to connect with making this an exciting opportunity to drive growth in the company.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • You have experience in contract sales and a track record of not only hitting goals but exceeding them
  • You have introduced new customers to a complex product (financial or other)
  • You have managed a sales process across multiple stakeholders
  • You excel in pitching a product over the phone and in person
  • You are resourceful and excited to learn
  • You are a strong communicator verbally and in writing
  • You are excited by and curious about the investment community

Experience selling to hedge fund and mutual fund analysts is positive but not required.

As our first Account Manager in the region, you’ll work closely with our APAC Regional Sales Director to help our growing client base make better investment decisions and identify meaningful engagement opportunities to ensure clients are benefiting from the full value of our products.

As a Hong Kong based Account Manager at YipitData:

  • Play an active role in identifying and implementing processes that can streamline revenue acquisition and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Ensure that the sales and client success teams are operating seamlessly by capturing and analyzing various performance metrics
  • Set up, improve, and maintain systems to collect and analyze sales data, detect customer trends, and compensate revenue contributors
  • Produce high quality market analysis and territory management
  • Create, optimize and maintain Salesforce data, reports and dashboards
