About The Role: 

We are expanding our data team by hiring Data Specialists who will be the key producers of our data products received by our institutional investor clients. Our Data Specialist role is a fantastic opportunity for analytical individuals with 0-2 years of experience to build the core skills required to succeed in the tech, data, and investment worlds that YipitData intersects.

 

In this role you'll gain experience in:

 

  • Programming: Learn Python and SQL or sharpen your existing skills by running our growing portfolio of data products.
  • Data: Work with massive amounts of data on the performance of important companies, using proprietary methods. You'll learn vital techniques on ensuring data accuracy and deriving key insights across a number of types of data.
  • Investing: Create and write data reports that are consumed by the top investors in the world. You'll gain insight into how investors think about companies and the most important questions they need to answer to make stock portfolio decisions.

We are looking to add an experienced Sales Executive to our team who will act as a main growth driver to position YipitData's must-have products within the investment field and close on targeted opportunities. 

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for effectively managing the whole sales process from the beginning to the end, including qualifying new leads, identifying prospects, creating advocates for our products and constantly assisting them find answers to their key questions by collaborating closely with our research and data product teams.  

 

You Are Likely To Succeed, If:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in subscription sales in a fast-paced environment with a short sales-cycle 
  • You have a track record of not only meeting, but exceeding sales goals
  • You have successfully introduced a complex product (financial preferred but not required) to new customers

You will create advocates for our products and constantly assist clients in finding answers to their key questions by collaborating closely with our client strategy, research, and data product teams.

About The Role: 

Are you a collaborative consulting, analytics, or operations professional with 1-2 years of experience passionate about building a world-class revenue team at a fast-growing tech startup? YipitData's expanding Revenue Operations team offers an exciting opportunity to directly contribute to and be part of the company's growth and continued success.

We are situated within an intellectually stimulating industry, and this role is a phenomenal opportunity for a curious self-starter to make our growing revenue team even more impactful and efficient.

 

As our Revenue Operations Associate, you will partner with our Sales, Client Success, Marketing and Legal teams and work with our Revenue Operations leadership to:

  • Play an important role in identifying and implementing processes that can streamline revenue acquisition and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Ensure that the Sales and Client Success teams are operating seamlessly by capturing and analyzing various performance metrics and improving workflows using said metrics
  • Assist with and eventually become a subject matter expert of our team’s tech stack and manage relationships with our tech vendors
  • Set up, improve, and maintain systems to collect and interpret sales data, detect customer trends, and compensate revenue contributors
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure lead generation is properly embedded into the Revenue team’s workflows, supporting the beginning of the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with Legal to implement processes to efficiently scale contract growth with compliance in mind, and serve as the point person for recurring contract template and compliance questions
  • Help to optimize our product subscription process, ensuring clients are receiving our data and research in a timely manner
  • Create, optimize and maintain customer and employee data, processes, reports and dashboards

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to help our Sales team engage new clients. Our newest Sales Development Representative will qualify inbound sales leads, follow up with marketing qualified leads, as well as identify prospective opportunities and utilize a number of communication methods to begin a sales engagement.

The Sales Development Representative career progression is a path towards being a Sales Associate and then a Sales Executive, focused on bringing on and engaging new business.
