About the Role: 

We are looking for a Product Expert to join our Research team and build trust and strong partnership with prospective customers by providing valuable product insights. As our Product Expert, you will support our Sales and Business Development efforts by becoming a domain expert on investor debates and key questions, data sources and methodologies, and our product’s competitive positioning in the market. You will communicate this expertise to prospective customers via calls, webcasts, and marketing collateral by utilizing data insight education, handling objections, and answering questions on how our product offerings are differentiated. Our Product Expert role is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience in capital markets (or a capital markets adjacent role) coupled with client facing experience. 

As a Product Expert, you’ll gain experience in:

  • Data-Driven Research: Distill and communicate valuable insights from our syndicated subscription data products.

About The Role:

We are looking for a product-oriented engineer who will be working directly with our China product team from our Shanghai office. This engineer will also be communicating with our analysts in the New York office to brainstorm potential products and solve technical challenges for existing products.   • Own data analysis workflows, data pipelines to clients, qualitative industry reporting, and dashboard products for client consumption
  • Serve as a domain expert to clients and prospects by having an accurate and deep understanding of customer pain points in your sector and existing competitor solutions in the market and identifying YipitData Corporate's unique value proposition

You are likely to succeed if:

  • You have 9+ years of experience in a B2B product/research team, management consulting, data provider/vendor or as part of a Corporate Development/Strategy team

About The Role:

Our Hong-Kong office (launched in 2017) and Shanghai office (launched in 2018) are continuously and fastly growing.  We’re looking for our first Asia-based Marketing Manager who can build scalable processes and programs to drive growth, acquisition, and engagement with our current and potential customers.

We’ve gotten to where we are today with minimal marketing, but that is going to change. We are hiring a Marketing Manager to accelerate our growth in the region. Our Marketing Manager is responsible for stewarding YipitData’s brand identity, communicating our vision and products, and driving future growth in Asia. You will report directly to the Sales Director.

This is one of a kind opportunity to build a marketing strategy around a world class content engine constantly churning out insights about disruptive companies and trends.

As the Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Design and scale our marketing efforts across a combination of channels and tactics to drive profitable multi-year growth in our lead volume, customer volume, and revenue
  • Understand our products’ unique value propositions, and how to broadcast them to prospective clients
  • Optimize our investments across different channels, with a focus on customer acquisition and ROAS
  • Develop new and creative ways to increase brand awareness and drive sales leads

You are likely to succeed if:

  • You have 2+ years of marketing experience from top tier sell-side (either in Hong Kong or China), supporting the equities business division
  • You have 4+ years of experience in product marketing and marketing execution (experience in running wechat official accounts, creating news featuring with local and international financial media companies, organizing partnership events with sell-sides, digital ads, lead nurturing, etc.)
  • You are excited to build an Asia-focused marketing strategy from the ground-up, which will meaningfully contribute to YipitData’s growth
  • You are self-directed, with the ability to own a project end-to-end with limited guidance or top-down input
  • You have experience marketing data, software, or research
  • You have experience effectively communicating the value of a complex product to a wide range of audiences
  • You are an advocate and a practitioner of DDDM (Data-Driven Decision Making)
